As the year draws to a close, a special moment of calm arises – a pause that shows us how much we have achieved together and what our commitment has been worthwhile. 2025 was an inspiring and successful year for us, made possible by the collaboration with our customers and partners, as well as the dedication of our amazing team.
With this momentum, we look forward to 2026. We are excited to tackle new projects, further develop our ideas, and create lasting results together. Because only through open communication, trust, and active collaboration can we achieve long-term impact.
Doing good together – our donations to three valuable organizations
In the spirit of solidarity, it has become a tradition for us to support social organizations at the end of the year that are deeply committed to helping people in difficult life situations. Reflecting our three locations in Munich, Berlin, and Fulda, we are again donating €2,000 each to three associations in these cities that are doing outstanding work.
Munich Residents for Munich Residents Association
The association supports people in Munich who have fallen into economic or social hardship through no fault of their own – especially senior citizens and single parents. Through direct individual assistance, social projects, and joint activities, the association ensures that support arrives quickly and without bureaucracy where it is truly needed.
Together with partners such as the inclusive KunstWerkKüche (Art Workshop Kitchen), meals are distributed to those in need.
Direct help from Munich residents for Munich residents – close, humane and effective.
Street Children Association
Street Children Association has been working for many years to support homeless, precariously housed, or impoverished young people. Through mobile street outreach, emergency aid, counseling, and long-term educational programs, the association accompanies children and teenagers on their path back to a self-determined and stable life.
Food, clothing, words of encouragement, legal support – here, help is not only offered but actively delivered to the young people.
A commitment that creates perspectives and makes the future possible.
Kleine Helden Children’s and Youth Hospice East Hesse e. V.
The association supports children and young people with life-limiting or serious illnesses, as well as their families. Trained family and bereavement counselors provide support in daily life, offer relief, psychosocial stability, and offer compassionate support to siblings and parents.
Families in which a parent is seriously ill or has died also find support and professional help here.
An indispensable contribution for moments of closeness, security and orientation.

becon Christmas party 2025 in Fulda
Auch unsere diesjährige Firmenweihnachtsfeier stand ganz im Zeichen von Gemeinschaft und besonderer Momente. In Fulda durften wir alle Kolleginnen und Kollegen zunächst auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt willkommen heißen. An der festlichen Pyramide wärmten wir uns bei winterlichen Getränken auf und stimmten uns gemeinsam auf den Abend ein. Anschließend ging es weiter zu einem besonderen kulinarischen Erlebnis: einem exklusiven Restaurant, das den Abend unvergesslich machte. Bei einem exzellenten 6-Gänge-Menü genossen wir nicht nur außergewöhnliche Küche, sondern vor allem den persönlichen Austausch und das Zusammensein abseits des Arbeitsalltags. Den perfekten Abschluss bildete ein Besuch in einer Karaoke-Bar. Mit großartiger Stimmung und spontanen Gesangseinlagen wurde die Weihnachtsfeier zu einem rundum gelungenen Abend.
