“OpenCelium offers the possibility of creating interfaces where the manufacturers of the applications we use have not provided any connections in the standard. With OpenCelium, we are able to consolidate our data from the applications in our CMDB without any major investment. Data synchronization can be controlled and monitored very reliably via the graphical user interface. We were also able to easily connect our CSV files from the SSRS to OpenCelium so that we could transfer them to our central CMDB. The generic and customizable architecture also suits us well. If we want to adjust data afterwards, we can easily do this via the intuitive interface using drag drop. This supports us in our day-to-day tasks.”
