With the new version of the ISMS add-on, the attributes introduced in the new ISO27002 can now also be used to gain a better overview of its requirements and measures. In addition to bug fixes, further improvements to PHP8 compatibility and adjustments to the interface to i-doit have also been implemented.
New features of the ISMS 1.5.4 update in detail:
Introduction of a new category ‘Attributes’ for assigning attributes to requirements or measures
In the new version of ISO 27002, attributes have been introduced that can be used to filter, sort or prepare your measures for presentation to different target groups. The attributes proposed in ISO27002 (with their categories) are set up during the installation of the ISMS add-on and can be expanded in the dialogue admin administration.
By default, the new category ‘Attributes’ is assigned to the object type ‘Standard requirement’, but can also be assigned to other object types such as ‘SOA measure’.
Improvement of import and reporting options in the ISMS add-on
The ‘Implementation by’ attribute in the ‘Risk assessment’ category can now be imported via CSV. The ‘Scope’ attribute in the ‘ISMS’ category can now be output in reports and therefore also in the document add-on.
New installation requirement for the ISMS add-on: At least i-doit 25
If you tried to install VIVA2 under i-doit 23 (or higher), a server error occurred under certain circumstances. This bug has now been fixed.
